Laura Creavalle
I see that Laura Creavalle has started a blog. Laura is a multiple time world championship body builder although that isn't how I know her. When we lived in Ajax, my wife and I were regular customers of her Healthy Gourmet Xpress service which makes quick, easy and nutritious means for people in a hurry.
Laura clearly knows exercise and knows delicious food so this should be an interesting blog to follow.
